Annual Quality Improvement (QI) Program

The goal of the QI Program is to help our members live a healthier life. We focus on your health and the kind of care you get when you see your doctor. It’s important to us that you are happy with the care and services you get.

The program makes sure that you:

  • Have doctors available to you and that you get the best care
  • Are happy with Braven Health and your doctors
  • Have easy access to good health care
  • Are aware that we obey the laws and standards set by the state of New Jersey and accrediting groups
