Braven Health offers a number of benefits our members might not find anywhere else. In this section you can read up on some of the extra benefits we offer.
Braven Health Smart Card
The Braven Health Smart Card gives members easy access to their extra benefits allowances for things like eligible over-the-counter products, fitness equipment and more. It works just like a debit card at eligible retailers.
Dental Benefit
The Braven Health Dental PPO Program, available to members in either of the two Braven Health plans, gives you broad protection to help meet the costs of dental care.

Supportive Care℠ Program
If you have recently been discharged from the hospital or are living with a serious illness, you may benefit from the extra support you can receive through the Braven Health Supportive Care Program. The support services offered through this program are free of charge and optional for eligible Braven Health members. Braven Health works with CareCentrix, Inc. (CareCentrix) to help you find the support you need.
Case Management
If you’re managing a serious health condition, our registered nurses can help you better understand your diagnosis, so you can follow your doctor’s treatment plan.
